FutureShock Consultants Limited has a three
man Board of Directors consisting of the Chairman and two Executive
Directors, with the daily management handled by a team of four
seasoned professionals. We have retained the services of Chuks Azogu
& Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants as the Company auditors.
Similarly, Solola and Akpana - Legal practitioners, are responsible
for all legal matters.
Chairman -
Dr. Olufemi Lalude
Dr. Olufemi Lalude retired as Director and General Manager for Shell
Nigeria Exploration & Production Company, SNEPCO a Shell company
engaged in deep offshore and far inland oil and gas exploration. He
was one time General Manager of Shells Western Division in Warri,
and prior to that the Engineering Manager for Shell Nigeria. He also
had international exposure with Shell International in Holland and
USA. In earlier years he was a Senior Design (Mechanical) Engineer
for Nuclear Power plants at Betchel Corporation of US. He is
currently an oil/gas industry consultant and sits on the board of
various companies servicing the oil/gas sector. |

Managing Director Stephen Onerhime
The founder, Stephen Onerhime was a founding member of, and
Technical Director of Updata Plc, London, where he was
responsible for the design, development and management of the
market-leading Updata Trader product range.
Stephen is a 1987 graduate of
University of Benin with a degree in Electronics Engineering and
over thirteen years of software development experience. Stephen
worked for Schlumberger for four years as a Systems Engineer in
their technology laboratories in Port Harcourt. In 1992, Stephen
joined Updata where he helped start the operations of the
business. Updata is a market leader in the development and
marketing of software applications for investors in stock
markets with over 10,000 customers of its systems worldwide.
Stephen is an Associate Member of the Institute of Electrical

Technical Director Gibson McNeil BOYLE
Gibson McNeil Boyle is a 1979 Electronic & Electrical
Engineering graduate of the
University of Surrey, UK with specialisation in Computer, Telecommunications and Control
Engineering. He has worked in various capacities in Nigeria and
abroad including National Coal Board (MRDE), Bretby, UK;
Geoservices SA and Schlumberger
(Wireline & Testing).
With other promoters, he was involved in the setting up and
running of Oiltest Services Ltd, a wholly indigenous Oil and Gas
Service company where he was also the Engineering Manager. His
scope of expertise included Mud and Geological logging, Drilling
Control Engineering, Bottom Hole Data Acquisition and
Interpretation, Surface Well Testing and Interpretation,
DownHole Gauges Metrology, Design and Development of Reporting
Software for Down Hole and Surface Acquired Well Data and PVT
Data Analysis. He left the oil industry after over twenty years
to be fully involved in the core Information and Communication
Technology industry.
He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers
and an Associate of the University of Surrey |

Project Manager Akanimo Ekpe UDOH
Akanimo is a 1998 University of Nigeria, Nsukka graduate in
Mechanical Engineering. He comes with several years of project
management and software development skills in Microsoft and Sun
Java 2 environments. He has worked for Updata PLC a UK based
software development firm and Finance Application Systems and
Creation Ltd as a Software developer/Consultant on various
Projects. Some of the projects include

Design/Development of Proprietary Database Engine (VC++, Java)

Development of Customised query/reporting interface, Data
